Overview:

The Support Services Processing Coordinator will report directly to the Agency President and support multiple industry leaders. 

 

Job Details: 

  • Pay: Starting at $50K/yr
  • In-Office Position located at 4928 Linksland Drive, Holly Springs, North Carolina 
  • Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

How you'll make an impact:
  • Provide support to leadership team members including conducting research on internal processes, new projects, and documenting findings
  • Prepare source data for project planning and implementation
  • Manage routine reporting on processing activities
  • Support leadership team in internal meetings and other high level planning sessions
  • Participate in inter-departmental meetings
  • Assist in planning and execution of meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing company catering for small events when necessary
  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership team as needed
  • Assist with collateral used by Business Development Department, including performing the following for both RFP responses and Finalist Presentations
  • Participate in the creation and management of RFPs, currently handled through a rotation system
  • Assist with internal agency HR functions as needed
  • Assist with agency integration tracking and communicate progress and updates to internal stakeholders and employees
  • Follow company procedures concerning all essential duties and responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Provide back-up assistance for the following:

  • Service Agreement and Contract Management and Compliance
  • Conference Management
  • Manage office facilities including office supplies and vendor visits
About you:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail and accuracy oriented
  • Familiarity with insurance products and employee benefits terminology preferred
  • Able to work with limited supervision
Compensation and benefits:

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
