Support Robot Cell Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Robot Cell Operator to join our warehouse operations on the 3rd shift. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring automated robotic equipment to ensure efficient production and warehouse processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic cell equipment and automated systems.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production team members.
• Complete required documentation and data entry as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or automation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
• Stand for 4–8 hours per shift.
• Kneel for 1–4 hours as needed.
• Frequently walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and climb when necessary.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
