Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Support Executive. This role involves managing and supporting end-to-end desktop-related activities and providing top-notch support to our users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and supporting end-to-end desktop-related activities.
  • Proficiency in Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, and O365 Support.
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
  • Experience in providing support for desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software issues.
  • Remote support and troubleshooting of end-user issues.
  • Windows OS and MacBook support.
  • Experience with Zscaler troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of business and technical requirements to provide solutions, design, and implementation for SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10.
  • Prior experience in the design and implementation of SCCM hierarchy.
  • Experience in migrating to SCCM from other tools.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end desktop-related activities.
  • Provide deskside management and touch support.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
  • Provide remote support and troubleshooting for end-user issues.
