Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end desktop and remote support activities while troubleshooting user issues and driving system migrations and infrastructure improvements.

Rate Range: $32/Hour to $34/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:

  • Provide end-to-end desktop support including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users.

  • Perform deskside and remote support for Windows, Mac systems, printers, and enterprise applications (O365, Zscaler).

  • Manage desktop imaging, deployment, and configuration using SCCM and Intune.

  • Design and implement SCCM infrastructure and support migration from legacy tools.

  • Investigate and resolve incidents while ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 6-8 years of experience in desktop support, system administration, or IT infrastructure.

  • Strong expertise in SCCM/Intune design, implementation, and migration from legacy tools, including Windows environment management.

  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows/Mac systems, O365, Zscaler troubleshooting, and delivering end-user support in enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
