Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Alameda, CA. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting SaaS and network services, and ensuring efficient resolution of IT requests while maintaining high service standards.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support to end users for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, resolving hardware and software issues.

  • Troubleshoot and manage incidents related to SaaS applications, network services, and enterprise IT systems.

  • Respond to IT service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality customer support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Maintain documentation of support processes, solutions, and IT service activities.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve service reliability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6-8 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk services.

  • Strong experience supporting Windows, Mac, and mobile devices along with troubleshooting SaaS and enterprise applications.

  • Knowledge of IT service management practices with strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
