Job Details

Own Okta provisioning and configuration across our organization, ensuring seamless identity management as we grow

· Design and implement SCIM integrations across our SaaS stack, automating user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows

· Build automation workflows that reduce manual ticket volume for employee onboarding and offboarding

· Work with engineering and operations teams to integrate identity systems with our cloud infrastructure and internal tools

· Troubleshoot identity and access issues, trace root causes, and implement systemic fixes

· Document identity systems, automation workflows, and runbooks to enable knowledge transfer and support team scaling

· Mentor future IT team members on identity systems, automation best practices, and systems thinking

· Participate in on-call rotation and help establish sustainable escalation procedures as the team grows
