SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL)
Must be in the Las Vegas area and have a reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday 11:00am - 8:00pm PST

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
- Verify client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding.
- Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!):
- Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
