This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail in completing critical functions in a correctional hospital setting, such as:

  • Ordering time-sensitive supplies for Surgery, Radiology, and Specialty clinics.
  • Ordering and maintaining par levels for consumable supplies in an in-patient facility.
  • General service duties for stocking and delivering medical & dental supplies across multiple on-site clinics.
  • Monitoring and completing invoices timely in compliance with policy requirements.
  • Completing assigned duties for Annual Capital Equipment and Consumable Supply inventory.
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Logs for sharps, instruments, and tools.
  • Occasional courier duties to support Unit operations.

  • Experience in Healthcare Operations or Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience with ordering and stocking consumable supplies.
  • Experience monitoring, maintaining, and managing medical supply stock levels at a hospital or clinic.
  • Experience with inventory management and asset control.
