Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary

MANTECH seeks a driven and organized Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI. This role supports enhanced supply chain readiness and sustainment for operations in dynamic expeditionary environments while working closely with logistics planners, program managers, and commercial vendors to ensure timely supply delivery, inventory management, and compliance with government property regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end supply and asset demand planning, forecasting, and material requisitions. • Manage inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and ensure property accountability in CONUS and OCONUS environments. • Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound cargo shipments, including international shipments and HAZMAT compliance. • Execute and document care of supplies in storage, COSIS, to include physical inventories and cycle counts. • Support operational supply chain activities, including packaging, labeling, and movement coordination across air, land, and sea. • Utilize automated inventory and asset management systems, ensuring near-real-time data accuracy. • Interface with deployment teams to ensure mission-ready supply levels and timely replenishment of critical items.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma • GED with 7 years of experience in military, commercial, or federal supply chain operations. • Demonstrated experience with supply services, including procurement, inventory management, property control, and shipping/receiving. • Knowledge of DoD logistics systems and inventory accountability standards, including DFARS and FAR. • Familiarity with HAZMAT storage and transportation regulations, including experience handling COSIS and environmental compliance. • Proficiency in using inventory management software systems, including barcode scanning and electronic data capture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics, or related field. • Prior experience operating in contingency or expeditionary environments. • Certifications in property or supply chain management, e.g., CPSM, CPIM, DAWIA logistics. • Familiarity with GCSS-Army, DPAS, or similar DoD logistics systems. • HAZMAT certification and experience preparing DD Form 2890 or similar documentation. • Clearance Requirements: Must hold an active TSSCI clearance.

Physical Requirements

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally, move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and/or virtual communication.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $87,600.00 - $145,700.00. Differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate include, but are not limited to:
