Supply Room Supervisor (SAP / Inventory Control / Manufacturing) - Winston-Salem, NC Area

I'm partnering with a confidential manufacturing organization to hire a Supply Room Supervisor to lead day-to-day inventory and materials operations supporting production.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing supply room operations, inventory accuracy, and SAP transactions-critical to keeping production running without disruption.
What You'll Do
Supervise daily supply room operations (receiving, issuing, storage, labeling)
Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
Manage SAP transactions, bin locations, and material traceability
Partner with Purchasing, Maintenance, and Production to prevent downtime
Monitor open POs, shortages, and critical materials, escalating risks
Train and coach team members on process execution and accountability
Enforce safety, organization, and inventory control standards
What You Bring
Experience in inventory, supply room, or warehouse leadership
Strong knowledge of SAP or ERP systems (required)
Background supporting manufacturing or production environments
Detail-oriented with a focus on process discipline and accuracy
Ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple functions
