About the Role

Within the global supply chain quality team, the role of the Supplier Quality Associate is to ensure the quality compliance of suppliers providing Reckitt with materials or products for the Salt Lake City site and to support the audit network across North America. The scope includes both existing and new suppliers, as well as support of other audit types (i.e. EMO and Corporate) in the region.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supplier audits (system, field, and on-site verifications), drive closure of findings, and ensure corrective actions are effective.
  • Make supplier qualification decisions by evaluating audit evidence, risk, and technical data, and recommend approval, conditional approval, or rejection.
  • Create, review, and maintain Technical Agreements and supplier-related SOPs to ensure alignment with global policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Govern supplier quality processes and ensure suppliers meet Reckitt and regulatory standards to protect consumer safety and brand integrity.
  • Manage supplier performance metrics, perform trend analysis, present insights, and synthesize site-wide supplier intelligence data.
  • Escalate systemic or high-risk supplier issues to senior quality and procurement leaders, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Develop and oversee supplier risk controls, remediation plans, and monitoring programs throughout the supplier lifecycle.
  • Act as the site's Supply Quality resource, partnering with Procurement, Operations, and QA teams to address supplier issues affecting safety, compliance, or operational performance.
  • Lead performance review meetings for underperforming suppliers, define improvement targets, track actions, and provide stakeholder updates.
  • Represent Supplier Quality in FMEAs, Change Controls, and site-level forums; support master data/SAP Quality and contribute to the broader auditing network.

 

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required, college degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and packaging operations, including raw material and packaging material production and control.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance/Control or Supplier Quality within regulated manufacturing (CPG, OTC/pharma, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or chemicals).
  • Experience as a qualified lead auditor - Hands-on supplier auditing experience (planning, on-site/system audits, reporting, follow-up, and CAPA verification).
  • Supplier auditing and risk assessment experience required.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate openly, share ideas, and support team success.

 

Travel Requirements

While this role is based out of Salt Lake City, UT - this position does require travel across North America to support business audit needs. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

 

Skills and Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

US Salary Range

US salary ranges USD $74,000.00 - $110,000.00

 

US Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
