The Supply Panning Analyst drives strategic impact by developing and optimizing mid to long term supply plans. In this role, you'll analyze material, capability, and capacity constraints and communicate insights across the S&OP process. Leveraging data and deep operational knowledge, you'll lead cross-functional conversations and keep Panduit's supply chain running smoothly. What You Will Do - Create and maintain capacity plans to support future growth and facilitate strategic supply chain decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align on growth outlook. - Meet formal timing and review deliverables on capabilities and capacity. - Participate in S&OP preparation meetings regarding identified constraints and risks. - Provide transparency into constrained production, materials availability, and network delays while developing demand/supply scenarios and what-if analysis. - Develop mitigation plans (e.g. raw material volume increases, onboarding of second sources, or investment in additional equipment) for projected constraints. What You Will Bring - Education: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. - Certification: APICS certified a plus. - Experience: 5-7 years in supply chain related role. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple diverse teams across time zones. - Problem Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions. - Systems: Advanced Excel skills required; Access & PowerPoint a plus.
