PPE SUPPLY ROOM ATTENDANT

POSITION SUMMARY:  Supply room Attendant will be responsible for controlling the flow of supplies in and out of the stockroom, while maintaining adequate levels of materials through the ordering processing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance of Supply Stockroom procedures
• Responsible for ordering supplies
• Responsible for receiving inbound supplies and returning damaged supplies
• Assures inventory accuracy by doing weekly cycle counts
• Daily provide accurate tracking and documentation of Stockroom supplies
• Daily enter Stockroom supply data into the appropriate database
• Efficiently prepares supplies for each department Supervisor
• Maintain organization in supply stockroom
• Keeps area clean by performing daily general cleaning.
• Responsible for conducting weekly Safety Audit Inspections
• Reports Stockroom problems or concerns to Supervisor of Lead Person immediately.
• Other duties as required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma preferred 
• One-year experience in inventory is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentage calculations
• Ability to pass a Prove It test
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated communication skills; fluent in English
• Familiarity with computer systems; Outlook, Excel, Word and other programs as needed
