Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Director (for Medical Devices)
Job Description:
The Supply Chain Transformation Director is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap to enable business growth, including efforts/programs to simplify and optimize the end-to-end supply chain, improve service levels, reduce costs, innovate, and deliver world-class supply chain performance to delight our customers.
Your Role:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap aligned with best practices and the overall business objectives. This includes a customer-centric mindset, setting clear goals and objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating a roadmap for achieving transformational outcomes.
Execution & Change Management: Develop, implement, and execute programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. This includes effective governance models, defining program scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the teams from different functions, involved in program execution. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
Process Optimization: Identify and deliver opportunities to streamline and optimize supply chain processes, including but not limited to:
• Sterilization strategy implementation • Make vs Buy program development • Network design optimization • End-to-End technology and AI platforms for supply chain/manufacturing • Operational Excellence • Cost to Deliver optimization
Talent Development: Build and develop a high-performing supply chain transformation team capable of driving and sustaining new capabilities and solutions.
Innovation & Technology Enablement: Drives innovation initiatives to leverage emerging technologies and trends in supply chain management, such as automation and AI, to enhance operational efficiency and agility.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain by encouraging innovation, fostering experimentation, and promoting a mindset of agility and adaptability. Implements best practices and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while maintaining high levels of operational excellence.
Emerging Best Practices: Stays abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, driving proactive adjustments to the supply chain strategy.
Youre the Right Fit If:
You've acquired a Bachelor's degree with 18 years of experience in Operations and Supply chain domains, or a Master's degree with 15 years of experience in Operations and Supply chain domains. (This is a people leader role of a team of 8 direct reports)
Your skills include Supply Chain Management, Program Management and Change Management, People Management, and Executive Stakeholder Management.
You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Master's Degree is preferred.

How We Work Together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Plymouth, Minnesota is $144,750 to $193,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
