Location: Lebanon, TN

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Day Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Supply Chain Specialist Job Duties

• Load and unload freight from trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or manual material handling equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Record shipment information and complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Sort, label, stage, and organize freight for warehouse storage or customer delivery.
• Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse using forklifts and other equipment.
• Assist with containerizing and preparing outbound shipments.
• Support inventory organization and warehouse logistics to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies while supporting daily supply chain operations.

Supply Chain Specialist Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, shipping and receiving, or material handling preferred.
• Previous industry experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified is required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately complete shipping documentation.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete warehouse forms, logs, and checklists.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
