Job Summary
Responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the Supply Chain Quality function to ensure suppliers meet quality, safety, reliability, regulatory, and performance requirements. This role will build and mature a customer-focused service organization, develop a high-performing team, and partner with key stakeholders to drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. This role will also lead the organization''s supplier quality strategy, governance, and performance management programs and hold responsibility for building organizational capability, implementing scalable quality processes, and gaining alignment across Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Construction, Project Management, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do:
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred or equivalent as defined in experience requirements.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Management, Supply Chain Quality, Supplier Quality or related field, with extensive experience in process optimization and leadership roles;
(Or) 14 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
