Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of project/program management experience.
3–5+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations with Supply Chain focus.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.
Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, governance, and readiness risks.
Manage transformation portfolio planning, governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
Partner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to align Supply Chain objectives, scope, and success measures.
Coordinate with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align business priorities with technical delivery plans.
Collaborate with System Integrators and third-party partners on deliverables, risks, and program alignment.
Support business readiness activities including testing, training, change management, and adoption planning.
Track cross-functional risks, issues, dependencies, and value realization metrics.
Prepare executive-level presentations and Steering Committee materials.
The Supply Chain Program Manager will support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program, coordinating enterprise initiatives across Supply Chain business functions, SAP/IT teams, and third-party system integrators. This role will operate within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to drive portfolio governance, dependency management, business readiness, and adoption planning.
