Job Description:
Supports a multi-year SAP S/4HANA business transformation by coordinating a portfolio of Supply Chain initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners. Operating within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), this role ensures initiatives align with business priorities, governance standards, cross-functional dependencies, and business readiness plans. Acts as the link between strategy and execution, providing portfolio oversight without owning deployment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the transformation portfolio, including initiative sequencing, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance.
  • Partner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to define objectives, scope, success measures, and engagement plans.
  • Coordinate with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align business priorities with technical delivery, release plans, and cross-functional integration.
  • Collaborate with System Integrators and third-party partners to track deliverables, manage dependencies, and ensure governance and quality standards.
  • Lead portfolio-level business readiness planning, coordinating with Change, Training, Data, and Communications teams to support adoption.
  • Monitor portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs, and business value realization, providing executive-ready reporting and decision support.
Key Stakeholders:
  • Business Owners, Enterprise Process Owners, SAP/IT Teams, Deployment Directors, Data/Change/Training Leads, System Integrators, and the Transformation Program Director.
