Tesla is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Supply Chain Program Manager to support the planning, warehousing, and delivery of materials across multiple manufacturing and infrastructure programs (including TeraFAB, Cybercab, Optimus, and Vehicle Programs). This person will be responsible for driving supply chain readiness from early concept through production ramp and successful handoff to sustaining teams. This person will also be responsible for high visibility one off supply chain improvement projects. NPI support for new program launches, alongside ongoing program execution, risk management, and cross-functional delivery. The role requires cross-functional integration, scope definition, budget/schedule oversight, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement-while ensuring reliable material supply for complex, large-scale initiatives.

$84,000 - $324,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
