What we expect:

  • Plan detailed schedules, shifts, and weekly/monthly production plans based on HQ forecasts, material availability, machinery, workforce, and product transitions

Maintain production plans in SAP, run MRP, and determine raw material requirements

  • Create and follow up on purchasing demands in SAP, ensuring production continuity and supplier coordination
  • Conduct Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for empty cans, tetra packs, labels, closures, stretch/shrink film, and cartons
  • Monitor OOS and OTIF issues, perform root cause analysis, and track planning KPIs
  • Coordinate national promotions, design changes, and information flow between sales, plant, and HQ
  • Analyze capacity bottlenecks and keep bills of materials up to date
  • Manage RM POs, ensure supplier allocation compliance, and follow up on dispatches, in-transit materials, and inbound deliveries in SAP

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in production in the relevant field
  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Mathematics or IT
  • English language proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP system
  • Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with people
  • Knowledge of strategic analysis and forecasting
