The Supply Chain Planner Polyurethanes PU reports to the Supply Chain Manager for Polyurethanes PU. As a member of the Polyurethane Systems Supply Chain Team you will be primarily responsible for finished goods planning at the Livonia MI facility. Performing finished goods planning and finite scheduling within a batch manufacturing process Coordinating bulk truck scheduling for inbound and outbound shipments Preparing manufacturing instruction documents for operations batch sheets Managing dysfunctional inventory to ensure overall inventory health Supporting inventory management activities including cycle counts and physical inventory Creating maintaining and updating master data as required Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and operational efficiency If you have... A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Management or a related field preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain customer care production planning scheduling or material planning. Non-degreed candidates should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Care Supply Chain Procurement Operations or Production. Strong working knowledge of SAP particularly in production planning raw material replenishment material master maintenance shipping scheduling and inventory reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word Access and PowerPoint. The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment supported by strong written and verbal communication skills including conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.
