Supply Chain Supervisor Full Time Days Position Summary: 

The incumbent will act as a liaison to all hospital departments. The goal of the Materials Management departments is to provide excellent customer service. Monitors and oversees all daily activities related to par level stocking, supply requisitioning, specialty cart replenishment, case cart preparation, shipping and receiving and off-site deliveries. Supervises and direct daily work flow.

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Some college education preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Four years Experience in hospital Materials Management preferred. Will consider equivalent experience in other fields.
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to lead, direct and instruct others in a professional manner.
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and adapt to changing situations.
    • Possess good numerical and clerical abilities
    • Good manual dexterity
    • Good critical thinking skills and decision-making skills
    • A supportive and cooperative attitude is essential and a willingness to provide a team environment.
  • Additional Skills (preferred):
    • Requires prolonged standing, manual dexterity, pushing, pulling bending stretching and stooping
    • Requires working shifts that meet the department’s needs. Working weekend/holidays as well as overtime as needed. May require weekend call.
    • Good hearing and visual acuity
    • Ability to work in a stressful environment resulting from customer demands
    • Ability to work prolonged periods of time inputting computer data using repetitious hand movements.
