Supply Chain Operations Manager
Under the general direction of the Sr. Manager, Operations Fulfillment Support, the OPEX Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives across Distribution and Supply Chain operations. This role partners with field and Home Office leadership to standardize processes, strengthen operational controls, and improve performance through data-driven analysis and disciplined execution.
Primary Responsibilities
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive operations experience preferred, including 1–2 years leading teams and/or managing cross-functional projects. Requires intermediate to advanced expertise in Excel, including the development of automated spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and reporting dashboards. Experience leveraging Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Office Scripts, and Power BI to streamline processes and enhance visibility is required.
Applicants will be asked to submit a sample from any of the MS Office Tools demonstrating their development and capabilities.
