Job Summary:
This role supports the New Product Introduction (NPI) planning team and post-launch SSD build operations through precise data management and operational coordination. The coordinator will ensure accurate data entry, generate essential reports, manage purchase orders, and streamline build requests. They will be instrumental in facilitating clear communication and timely execution across multiple departments to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform data entry and maintenance for planning systems.
- Generate, upload, and validate routine and ad hoc reports.
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate and review post-launch build requests for accuracy.
- Facilitate communication and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficiency in Windows applications including Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Domain/Industry Experience:
Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Support.
