Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by tracking shipping activity, coordinating material staging, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality control for receiving and put-away. This role blends hands-on coordination with data analysis and reporting to improve material flow and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze daily shipping requests and identify delays or issues.
  • Stage equipment and materials from the warehouse to manufacturing based on pull demand.
  • Monitor receiving and shipping productivity and maintain related performance reports.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming materials and oversee accurate put-away.
  • Support problem solving and process improvement through reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
