I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Supply Chain Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, accountability, and operational excellence.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can stabilize operations, improve communication, drive inventory accuracy, and lead meaningful change across warehouse, logistics, procurement, receiving, and S&OP functions.
Compensation
$100,000-$130,000 base salary

What You'll Lead
Warehouse, logistics, inventory control, procurement, receiving, and S&OP operations
Multiple department leaders and 30-40 indirect reports
Inventory accuracy, material flow, and logistics performance improvements
ERP-driven reporting, planning, and supply chain visibility
Cross-functional collaboration with plant operations and senior leadership
Process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and accountability
Ideal Background
5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing
Strong experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or planning
Proven ability to lead leaders and improve underperforming processes
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
Bachelor's degree required
SAP experience
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
