Your qualifications for the Supply Chain Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain/Sourcing or Engineering
- 8 years of experience
- APICS certification
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills

For the Supply Chain Manager position your duties will include:
- Lead, motivate, develop, and set goals for team members
- Organize and implement strategic initiatives and best practices in order management, demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Work closely with leadership team to achieve operational objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement projects
- Other tasks as assigned
