Materials Planning
  • Determine material requirements and create purchase requisitions aligned with production schedules and safety stock levels.
  • Monitor Bills of Materials (BOM) integrity and inventory accuracy.
  • Identify and communicate supply risks that may impact production timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast and ensure availability of direct and indirect materials.

Clinical Supply Chain
  • Ensure clinical trial materials are shipped to sites in alignment with dosing schedules and coordinate with IRT systems.
  • Manage clinical inventory levels and initiate packaging or replenishment runs as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Program Management to ensure alignment of production schedules and material availability.
  • Provide technical support for ERP processes across supply chain and operations teams.
  • Train users on ERP systems, data integrity, and inventory management best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, and/or master data management, preferably in a regulated manufacturing or biopharmaceutical environment
