Supply Chain Manager - High-Volume Manufacturing & SAP Implementation

Job Summary

What You Will Do

Supply Chain Manager - High-Volume Manufacturing & SAP Implementation This role will serve as the senior supply chain leader for our high-volume autonomous supercapacitor manufacturing operations, including SMT production. The position reports to the Director of Operations and is based on-site at our advanced manufacturing facility. It is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for end-to-end supply chain performance, global sourcing strategy, and Tier 1 OEM customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Build and execute supply chain strategies that support high-volume supercapacitor and SMT production while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Lead the end-to-end SAP ERP implementation across procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.

Drive measurable improvements in OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, and MRP accuracy using SAP analytics and KPI dashboards.

Facilitate and continuously improve the SIOP process, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory targets, and financial objectives.

Strengthen global sourcing resilience by identifying risks, qualifying suppliers, and implementing mitigation strategies for geopolitical, logistics, and reliability challenges.

Serve as the primary supply chain interface for Tier 1 OEM customers, ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and delivery requirements.

Requirements

What We Look For

  • Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of supply chain management experience in high-volume electronics or automotive manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience implementing SAP ERP (MM, PP, SD) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise supporting SMT production and leading SIOP/demand-supply planning processes.
  • Preferred MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience working directly with Tier 1 OEM customers.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
