We're seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations across multiple sites. This role oversees procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance to ensure on-time, cost-effective, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who drives continuous improvement and supports business growth.

Location: Haverhill, MA | Travel: 20%

Status: Full-time | Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Partner with operations, sales, and finance on forecasting and planning
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance
  • Track and improve KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, cost)
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Drive process improvements and implement systems/tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of supply chain or operations experience in manufacturing
  • ERP/MRP system expertise
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • APICS/CSCP certification a plus
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Background check and drug test required

Work Environment

Based in Haverhill, MA with regular travel (20-30%) to sites and partners.
