Description

We're looking for a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations across multiple sites. This role will play a key part in driving cost efficiencies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and helping unify supply chain operations across the business.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Travel: ~20% (TX + vendor visits)

Salary: $125K-$150K + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain strategy across procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, including vendor consolidation and negotiations
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and overall vendor performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales on planning and forecasting
  • Track and improve key metrics (cost, service levels, inventory, delivery performance)
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead and develop a team (4 direct reports)
  • Drive process improvements and support system enhancements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of supply chain or operations experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong background in vendor negotiations and contract management
  • Experience working across multi-site or complex supply environments
  • ERP/MRP system experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven leadership experience

Nice to Have:

  • APICS / CSCP certification
  • Additional training in contracts or negotiation
