The Data Center Sourcing & Procurement (DCSP) team is seeking a results-oriented, data-driven Supply Chain Manager to own sourcing and supply management for critical Long Lead Equipment (LLE) supporting AWS Data Center build projects across the Americas region. As a member of the DCSP Team, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain for high-complexity, long-lead electrical distribution systems-including Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Long Lead Equipment. Your primary responsibility is to maintain unconstrained supply at AMER scale, ensuring these critical equipment categories are available to support AWS Data Center construction schedules. Key job responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy & Execution Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy for LLE, delivering high-quality equipment solutions on time and at optimal costs Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including supplier on-time delivery, capacity planning, logistics, inventory management, and lead time optimization Align demand signals with supplier capacity to maintain unconstrained supply at AMER scale Supplier Management & Performance Maintain strategic supplier relationships for assigned categories Manage supplier performance and allocate equipment to demands based on priority Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure uninterrupted delivery of critical electrical systems Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Design Engineering, Planning & Delivery, DCSP teams, and Delivery Management to support infrastructure product roadmap development Collaborate with engineering, product managers, quality, and demand planning teams on procurement decisions Influence supplier and technology selection to provide maximum benefit to AWS Continuous Improvement & Innovation Drive standardization initiatives across programs to reduce complexity and improve efficiency Identify and implement innovative supply chain technologies and best practices to enhance flexibility and resilience Analytics & Decision Support Develop predictive analytics models for demand forecasting and capacity planning * Create analytical reports that deliver actionable insights to business partners and stakeholders.
