- Lead the planning department and manage end-to-end planning activities, including

- Collaborate with operations teams to identify bottleneck tools and model both short-term and long-term capacity requirements.
- Support decisions related to factory loading and capacity planning.
- Optimize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure data integrity and automated reporting.
