WHO WE ARE
Founded on love and respect, Buddha Jewelry exists to bring light, beauty, and joy into everything we do. Committed to delivering excellence through all we do, we’re a self-funded, independently built company with real startup passion, intention, determination and a team that shows up every day with grit, curiosity, and genuine care for one another. We are more than a team, we are a passionate force for good, united by shared goals and an unstoppable drive to bring meaningful value to our clients around the world. Every team member has the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact - not just fill a role. Your ideas, decisions, and execution shape who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
We stay solution-oriented and grounded in reality, and we hold ourselves accountable to outcomes that matter. The people who thrive here are the ones who see a challenge and lean in — who treat complexity as an invitation, obstacles as puzzles worth solving, and technology as a powerful tool in their hands. We embrace AI and innovation across every role, because we believe the best solutions come from curious minds invested in finding a better way. If you lead with ownership, lift others up, and take pride in your results, you’ll feel right at home.
POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for a data-driven thinker who gets excited by the story behind the numbers — and even more excited about what to do with it. This is a role with real ownership and real visibility. You'll dig into sourcing, inventory, and logistics data to surface opportunities, keep our SKU data clean and reliable, partner across teams on product lifecycle decisions, and use AI-enhanced forecasting tools to keep supply and demand in sync. If you love turning complex data into clear action — and you're energized by working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment — this is your seat.
