Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Houston Area (NW Houston / Tomball) - Fully Onsite

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonus Eligible

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.

This is a hybrid role combining:

  • Production planning and scheduling

  • Logistics coordination (inbound and outbound)

  • Inventory tracking and job transactions

  • ERP system usage and process support

This is not a purely administrative position. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming materials from suppliers and vendors

  • Manage outbound shipments of finished goods

  • Support production planning and scheduling

  • Track inventory movement and ensure accuracy within ERP systems

  • Maintain job tracking, reporting, and transactional accuracy

  • Generate and review shipping and receiving documentation

  • Partner with operations, production, and procurement teams

  • Assist with forecasting, planning, and workflow improvements

  • Support ongoing process development in a growing operation

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations

  • Experience with ERP systems (transactions, inventory, planning)

  • Background in production control, scheduling, or logistics coordination preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred

Work Environment

  • Fully onsite (Monday-Friday)

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
