Supply Chain Coordinator (Temp to Hire) - Local Coffee Bean Distribution Warehouse

Pay Range: $23-$24/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (must be available to work 8:00 AM-4:30 PM as needed)

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound product movement in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role ensures products are received, stored, processed, and shipped according to company requirements, customer specifications, food safety standards, and applicable regulations. You'll also support inventory accuracy and quality compliance through inspections, documentation, and warehouse coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of raw materials (dirt) and finished products to keep workflow moving efficiently
  • Perform product inspections and sampling activities to confirm quality and compliance
  • Verify product quality against specifications and customer requirements
  • Complete inspection records and maintain required quality documentation
  • Receive incoming materials, verifying quantities and checking condition
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities to support timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Perform weight master duties as required to support accurate processing and shipment

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail for inspections, verification, and documentation
  • Experience supporting warehouse/shipping-receiving processes is preferred (specific experience requirements not provided)
  • Availability to work assigned shift and be flexible for schedule changes (as needed)
