Supply Chain Asset Protection & Safety Sr. Manager

As a Supply Chain Asset Protection & Safety Sr. Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting our people, assets, and operations across a designated Supply Chain territory. You'll lead with a people-first mindset while driving safety, security, and loss prevention strategies that support business continuity and operational excellence. Day to day, you'll partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain leaders, lead investigations, and guide teams to deliver strong results across safety, asset protection, and employee experience. (Role includes travel up to 80% within assigned territory.)
What you'll do

  • Lead and develop Asset Protection Area Managers and their teams across the territory
  • Drive asset protection, safety, and security strategy execution across all facilities
  • Oversee internal and external investigations, including complex cargo theft cases
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement loss prevention solutions
  • Serve as the primary contact for safety incidents, crisis response, and workplace concerns
Basic qualifications
  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership or supply chain/retail leadership experience
  • Experience with profit & loss oversight
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct investigations and obtain Wicklander certification within 90 days
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
Preferred qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in asset protection, safety, investigations, or operations
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • OSHA or other safety certifications
  • LPQualified or LPCertified designation
