Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our global demand planning team as a Demand Planner 2. This role is essential in developing plans and driving better decisions through leveraging statistical forecasting, data science, and innovative approaches. The position is based onsite at PHK, with the flexibility of working from home on Fridays.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficiency in leveraging statistical forecasting and data science.
- Experience in assortment planning with a strong understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning.
- Ability to influence others and craft compelling communication grounded in data.
- Excel expertise is essential.
- Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Genuine curiosity and passion for the work.
- Previous experience in the client's industry is highly preferred, though not required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the global demand planning team to develop and execute demand plans.
- Utilize statistical tools and data analysis to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
