We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence by optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing data trends, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ObjectivesAnalyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.Support inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement planning.Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.Provide timely and accurate reporting to support leadership decisions.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to monitor performance metrics.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, supplier performance, and logistics.Assist in demand forecasting and inventory replenishment planning to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and recommend actionable solutions.Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process efficiencies and cost drivers.Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes and data management protocols.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or inventory management.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or supply chain management software.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
