Job Description:
- The SQ Warranty Analyst is responsible for supporting warranty performance analysis and driving corrective actions aligned with the organization's Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative.
- This role focuses on identifying high-impact warranty issues, enabling rapid root cause investigation, and supporting cross-functional teams to reduce 3MIS and improve overall supplier quality performance.
Responsibilities:- Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for TTF focus
- Support execution and tracking of the Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor warranty performance, TTF metrics, and supplier accountability
- Collaborate with SQEs, engineering, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to support escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (GIMS, warranty databases, etc.)
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against TTF targets and key risk areas
- The Supplier Quality Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing warranty performance data to identify high-impact supplier quality issues, drive root cause prioritization, and support Time to Fix (TTF) improvement initiatives.
- This role plays a critical part in reducing 3MIS/kPPM by translating complex warranty data into actionable insights that enable supplier escalation, GIMS closure, and cross-functional alignment.
