This role is vital in ensuring top-notch supplier quality performance and improving our Time to Fix (TTF) initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for TTF focus.
- Support execution and tracking of the Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor warranty performance, TTF metrics, and supplier accountability.
- Collaborate with SQEs, engineering, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to support escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (GIMS, warranty databases, etc.).
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against TTF targets and key risk areas.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or data analysis.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with GIMS and warranty databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some days in the office.
Preferences:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Quantic and other data analysis platforms.
