    Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and conducts onsite audits of Boeing procured material, parts, and assembliesApplies knowledge of materials, and special processes to assess supplier capability and capacity to perform and complies with Boeing specifications, engineering documents or other contractual and regulatory requirementsCreate presentations and presents to senior management at suppliers and BoeingPractices root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective action to prevent recurrence of issuesProvides mentoring and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiativesConducts source inspections and delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliersAssesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future workDevelop training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivityRecognizes/Identifies risks and holds suppliers accountable for the mitigation of those risksSupports external conformitiesExhibits an extremely high level of Emotional IntelligenceProtects the Boeing brand in word and deedRequirements 3+ years of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management3+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)1+ years of experience in performing product inspectionAbility to travel up to 25% of the time5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)5+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills (preferred)3+ years of experience with project leadership leading cross-functional teams (preferred)Experience working with structures and machining (preferred)Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools (preferred)Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as FMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA (preferred)Experience with the application of improvement methodologies such as Lean, Theory of Constraints and/or Six Sigma to achieve measurable results (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr.
