Introduction
Manage regional supplier quality and delivery performance to support manufacturing operations. Lead preventive, proactive, and reactive supplier performance initiatives to ensure suppliers meet requirements for quality, delivery, capacity, and operational excellence. Serve as the key liaison between suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and successful product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Supplier Quality & Development expertise
- APQP / PPAP Management proficiency
- Prior work experience in the industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.3)
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Strong Project Management & Process Optimization skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop suppliers to ensure successful product launches and stable production.
- Lead APQP, PPAP, supplier performance reviews, and escalation activities to improve quality and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve performance issues and support business objectives.
