Required Qualifications:
BS in Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering with 4 year experience in supplier quality engineer, project planning and documentation
Knowledge with AIAG standard, audit and proficient in Minitab / Excel / Power BI preferred
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt preferred
Project management skill, experience with MRP system, GD&T, MRB, SCAR, DFM preferred
Experience with PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the supply chain team to develop supply base
Lead scheduled supplier quality, supplier issue and continuous improvement
Partner with supply chain for supplier sourcing, qualification, selection and development
Work with engineering, supply chain, and operations on all stages of new product development, ensuring quality
Oversee validation, FAI and develop supplier scorecard, track KPIs, and work with suppliers on action plans to improve performance
Lead technical reviews of new components and existing components with supplier and engineering.
