This role is responsible for managing supplier quality performance and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure supplier compliance, resolve quality issues, and enhance supplier capabilities.

Description

  • Lead supplier quality performance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Qualify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to optimize supply chain value
  • Measure and report supplier KPIs, driving corrective actions and improvements
  • Implement supplier management processes aligned with FDA QSR and ISO standards
  • Partner with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to achieve business goals
  • Conduct supplier audits and manage corrective action plans through completion
  • Support strategic supplier reviews and long-term quality initiatives
  • Travel to supplier sites to improve performance and ensure compliance
  • Lead investigations into supplier-related quality issues and drive resolution
  • Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, FDA QSR, and ISO standards
  • Experience with supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
