The University of Florida is seeking a dynamic and strategic Supplier Enablement Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen supplier engagement, optimize onboarding processes, and enhance the overall supplier experience across the institution. This role is critical to advancing procurement modernization efforts and ensuring seamless integration of suppliers into UF’s systems and processes. The Supplier Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing supplier onboarding and enablement strategies that drive efficiency, compliance, and participation in university procurement programs. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to streamline processes, improve data quality, and help drive strategic sourcing efforts.
Classification Title:

MGR, Administrative Services

Classification Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, registration, and enablement processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier participation and system adoption
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier-related systems, tools, and communications
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize workflows and integrations
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, regulatory requirements, and payment processing guidelines
  • Analyze supplier data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders
Expected Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000

Preferred:

A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
