You will be responsible for the management of programs ensuring continuity of providing mission essential support services to shore based commands throughout the AOR.
You will develop performance plans and evaluate employees.
You will determine goals and objectives that require additional emphasis and work with operations and PWOs to improve productivity.
You will track budget execution and determine options for resolving budget and resources shortfalls.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined business practices that promote teamwork and improved communication and improve production and the quality of work directed.
