nSpecialized Experience: For the Band IV (GS-13) To qualify for the Band IV (GS-13 level), you must meet the basic requirements listed above and have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-12 level) or Band III in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: analyzing and auditing survey reports containing complex accounting and related economic data; identifying data discrepancies and irregularities; and experience supervising or leading a team.
