Responsibilities:
Coordinates the daily functional tasks of the campus Visitor Management program. Recommends and implements changes that increases productivity as needed.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED
- Associate degree in related field or two (2 ) years of experience in a leadership role.
- Two (2) years in a healthcare or customer service-related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to follow oral instructions.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.
Work Hours::
1`1:00AM - 7:30PM
Weekend Requirements::
Yes- Rotating Basis
