Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Business Analyst to lead solution design, drive functional discussions, and manage delivery across complex SAP implementations. This role requires deep expertise in SAP OTC/QTC , strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through design, configuration, and deployment phases.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SD solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee configuration within SAP SD
  • Drive integration design with cross-functional modules including MM, FI/CO, and external systems
  • Provide hands-on support in scripting, test case development, and execution for SIT and UAT phases
  • Manage and mentor functional and technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines
  • Collaborate with developers on enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and interfaces
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable SAP solutions
  • Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities
  • Act as a key liaison between business, IT, and third-party vendors

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma with 8+ years of experience
  • Strong expertise in core SD processes: Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
  • Proven experience leading design workshops and managing client-facing discussions
  • Hands-on experience with integration points across SAP modules and external systems
  • Experience with test scripting, defect management, and QA processes
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 20 + years of SAP SD experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations

  • Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions

  • Knowledge of EDI, IDOCs, and integration frameworks

  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

  • Prior experience in large enterprise environments or regulated industries
